摘　　要：系统地说明了在金属材料或构件断裂分析时,应全面了解材料的加工过程和使用状况,以及在取样时应注意的事项。利用实例介绍了如何通过仔细观察和认真分析裂纹的形貌和特征,寻找引起材料断裂的裂纹源,判断出裂纹扩展的路径,进而分析和推断出造成断裂的原因。最后,简要地说明材料断裂分析报告的编写要求及注意事项。In fracture analysis of metallic material and components, the machining process, using statues and sample preparation should be known. It was reviewed how to look for fracture source by examples with observe and analyses the appearance and character of cracks, and how to distinguish path of cracks growth, and how to analyses and conclude the fracture reason. Finally,the requirement of material analysis report was presented.
