摘 要:随着低渗透率油田油气井开发进入中后期,地层压力下降,一些井出现了井筒静水柱压力高于地层压力的情况,在修井冲砂过程中若采用常规水基冲砂液,则会大量漏入地层,使冲砂液不能建立循环,冲砂无进尺。同时还可能造成严重的地层伤害。为此,研究开发了泡沫冲砂新技术,该技术适用于低压油井低伤害冲砂。文中介绍了泡沫冲砂液的密度、黏度、携砂性能、泡沫稳定性、与储层流体的配伍性等,考察了该技术在低压油井的现场应用效果,证实该冲砂液静液柱压力低,携砂性能好,在吐哈低压油井的压井作业中,效果良好,对地层伤害小,有利于低压油井冲砂作业后的产量恢复。With the development of the low permeability reservoir in middle-later period,the formation pressure declines,the pressure of static liquid becomes higher than the formation pressure in some wells,the conventional water-based sand cleaning liquid will leak into the formation during workover,and this will result in the failing of sand cleaning liquid circulation and no additional production footage will be obtained.In addition,further formation damage is possible.The new foam sand cleaning technology has been developed in order to solve above problems.This technology can be applied to low pressure wells for low-damage sand cleaning.The article introduced the properties of the foam cleaning liquid,including density,viscosity,sand-carrying ability,stabilization of foam,and the compatibility with the formation liquid and so on.Through field applications of this technology in low pressure wells of Tuha Oilfield,the results proved the pressure of the static cleaning liquid was low and sand-carrying ability was good.The technology is helpful to restore the production of the low pressure wells after workover.
