摘 要:针对在高温热采井中热应力对套管强度的影响,考虑了在空套段或水泥胶结差的井段可能由于热效应而导致的管柱屈曲,提出了热屈曲的概念。建立了计算热屈曲的模型,推导了发生正弦热屈曲或螺旋热屈曲的轴向力与屈曲半波数的关系以及临界温度。计算了两种屈曲情况下屈曲的弧长,求得了热屈曲的最大幅值与平均螺距。结合算例计算与分析,得出了当注气温度超过一定温度时,会导致位于水泥胶结质量差的井段的套管发生正弦屈曲而先期损坏的结论,对于热采井中注入蒸汽参数的选择和套管的维护具有一定的理论指导意义。Severe thermal-loading to the casing which is resulted from steam injection operation can cause casing failure.Thermal buckling caused by thermal-loading in poor cement-bonding well section or cement empty section was discussed.The concept of thermal buckling and thermal buckling model were presented.The relation between sinusoidal or helical buckling with the number of buckling half-wave and critical temperature were developed.The arc length of sinusoidal and helical buckling was calculated,and the maximum amplitude and average helical pitch were also found combined with the result of casing elongation by thermal effect.The conclusion that the casing located in bad cement bonding section or cement empty section was pre-damaged due to severe thermal buckling caused by high temperature was proposed.This conclusion has a guide to the parameter selection of steam injection and casing maintenance in steam injection well.
