摘  要:提出一种立式高速精密五轴加工中心转动轴C轴误差元素的球杆仪检测方法。建立了影响加工精度较大的C轴4项误差的球杆仪检测模式。通过机床多轴联动使球杆仪完成一圆弧轨迹运动,此过程中,采集球杆仪的杆长变化量,由数学建模及轨迹仿真,结合误差敏感方向分析,最终分离得到各误差元素值。通过对比球杆仪检测误差值与预设误差值,证明球杆仪检测法是一种高效准确的转动轴误差检测方法。A novel method was proposed to assess the main alignment errors of C axis of 5-axis CNC machine tool by using DBB. First, the measurement models were designed for 4 errors of C axis, during the measurement, several axes moved together in order to let the DBB run a circle and get the length changes of the bar. The errors were analyzed and calculated with the DBB's length changes at their sensitive directions. The applicability and effectiveness of the proposed diagnosis method for 5- axis machining center were validated by comparing the calculated results of DBB method and the real errors set before.
