摘　　要：目前,我国金融证券机构正在寻求新的途径以改善企业间支付系统和提供的服务。文章将服务供应链管理思想运用到我国金融证券市场,提出了金融证券服务供应链概念和供应链协调的主要内容即信息和服务资源协调。在此基础上,分析了金融证券服务供应链的特点:独特的模型;推拉结合型运营模式及较短的供应渠道等,并给出了实现金融证券服务供应链管理的策略。Now securities organizations seek a new approach to improve their payment system and service level in the monetary ＆ securities market in China. This paper applies service supply chain management to the monetary ＆ secur ities market in China, and puts forward the concept of securities service supply chain.Based on the definition of securities service supply chain, it analyzes the contents and characteristics, and proposes some strategies for the management of securities service supply chain.
