摘　　要：近几十年,生物多样性已经减少和面临严重的威胁,保护生物多样性已成为全人类的共识。文章简述了植物遗传多样性的利用情况,详细介绍检测遗传多样性的方法,主要包括形态学标记、细胞学(染色体)标记、生理生化标记、分子标记等方法。迄今为止,任何一种检测遗传多样性的方法都存在各自优点和局限性,还找不到一种可以完全取代其他方法的技术。In recent decades, biodiversity has been reduced and faced serious threat and the biodiversity conservation has been a common understanding. This paper has introduced the test methods of genetic diversity including methods in morphological markers, cytological markers, physiological ＆ biochemical markers and molecule markers etc. Until now, any one of the genetic diversity test methods has its advantage and disadvantage. No one method can replace other one completely.
