摘　　要：目的探讨成批伤员破伤风抗毒素注射的管理流程。方法统一配制皮试液,分组集中进行破伤风抗毒素过敏试验、观察结果和注射;采用不干胶输液贴作为伤员标识;及时进行质量检查。结果 316例伤员24 h 内破伤风抗毒素皮试率为100.00%,无遗漏和差错事故发生。结论有效的管理流程可保障成批伤员破伤风抗毒素的注射安全。Objective To explore the management flow of tetanus antitoxin （TAT） injection for group wounded patients. Methods The following management flow included disposing skin test solution collectively,practicing nursing management in groups to make skin test, result observation and injections collectively, as well as making infusion mark with hygro - gum. Results All the 316 wounded patients received TAT skin test within 24 hours and no error occurred. Conclusion The effective management flow can guarantee the safety of TAT injection for the wounded patients.
