摘 要:自从1972年Fujishima等发现受辐射的TiO2表面能发生水的持续氧化还原反应以来[1],TiO2光催化材料已得到广泛的研究。TiO2薄膜的制备方法很多,主要有液相制备方法、物理气相沉积法、化学气相沉积法、电化学方法等。采用不同的工艺方法或工艺参数制备的二氧化钛成分、结构、取向、厚度和用途均有所差异。本文主要论述了有关可见光响应型TiO2薄膜的制备方法、相应性质及其应用前景。It was Since 1972 Fujishima and some others have. discovered that sustained oxido-reduction of water could occur on titanium dioxide surface under radiation and titanium dioxide photocatalyzed has been extensively researched. Preparations for titanium dioxide film were numerous. Principal ways of preparation included liquid phase, physical gas phase sedimentation, chemical gaseous phase sedimentation, electrochemical method etc. Composition, structure, orientation, thickness and usage of titanium dioxide prepared with different technological processes and parameters differ more or less. Preparation, corresponding properties and their prospects for application for visible light sensitive TiO2 Film were discussed in the main.
