摘 要:本文系统研究了梳形共聚物分散剂羧基和聚醚侧链比例对水泥浆流变和分散性能的影响。结果表明:随共聚物主链中羧酸基团比例的提高,分散剂在水泥颗粒界面上吸附作用增强,分散性能提高,黏度下降,流变性能改善。但当羧基比例超过一定范围时,吸附能力反而下降,导致分散性能下降。同时,所有添加梳形共聚物的水泥浆体流动曲线方程都符合H-B方程,且具有良好的相关性。Influence of ratios of carboxylic group side chain to polyether side chain (x/y) in comb copolymer dispersant on rheological property of cement paste and dispersion was systematically studied. Testing results revealed that along with the / increase of carboxylic group content in copolymer main chain, adsorption of the dispersant to cement particle interface was inhanced, dispersion improved, viscosity of cement paste reduced, thus getting its rheological behavior ameliorated. However, when carboxylic group cpntent exceeded certain range, adsorption decreased instead, causing poorer dispersion of cement" suspensions. In the meantime, all the flow curves of cement pastes containing comb copolymer dispersant were fitted most satisfactorily with Herchel-Bulkley model, showing good correlation.
