摘 要:目的:建立鸡肉中10种磺胺类药物残留的HPLC测定方法。方法:鸡肉经过甲醇提取,正已烷脱脂,SLW固相萃取柱净化,用HPLC法测定鸡肉中10种磺胺类药物的含量。结果:当鸡肉样品添加10种磺胺类药物为0.05~0.2mg/kg时,方法回收率为67.4%~95.6%,变异系数为4.8%~11.5%,10种磺胺类药物最低检出浓度为0.01mg/g。结论:以HPLC法测定鸡肉中10种磺胺类药物残留,操作简便、定量准确可靠。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for qnantization of 10 sulfonamides residues in chicken muscle. Methods: Chicken muscle was extracted with methanol, defatted with n - hexane and cleaned up with SLW solid - phase extraction. Then the concentration of 10 sulfonamides residues was determined by HPLC. Results:The recoveries of 10 sulfonamides residues in chicken muscle were 67.4% - 95.6%, with relative standard deviations between 4. 8% and 11.5%. While the contents of added standard were 0. 05 - 0. 2 mg/kg, and the minimum detected limits of this method were 0. 01 mg/kg. Conclusion:This is a sim- ple, accurate and reliable method for determination of 10 sulfonamides residues in chicken muscle.
