摘 要:目的:建立硫酸环境中流动注射化学发光法测定多巴胺的新方法。方法:在硫酸环境下,利用高锰酸钾氧化多巴胺产生化学发光的体系,考察了酸的种类及酸度、高锰酸钾的浓度及副泵转速、时间对该体系的影响。结果:在硫酸环境中,高锰酸钾可以氧化多巴胺产生化学发光。该体系的发光强度与多巴胺的浓度在1.25—25.0mg/L的线性范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为1.00mg/L。结论:本法可用于针剂中多巴胺的测定,结果令人满意。Objective:To investigate a novel method of dopamine determination by chemiluminescence (CL) in sulfuric acid solution. Methods: By using the chemiluminescence system of dopamine which was oxidated with potassium permanganate in sulfuric acid solution, the effects of the kinds and quantities of acid, the concentrations of potassium permanganate, the rotate speeds and time of auxiliary pumps on this system were studied. Results :The chemiluminescence of this system was produced by the oxidation of potassium permanganate to dopamine. The chemiluminescence intensities were proportional to concentrations of dopamine over the range of 1.25 - 25.0 mg/L with a detection limit of 1.00 mg/L. Conclusion : The method can be applied to determine dopamine in injections with a satisfied result.
