摘 要:目的研究水杨酸、酵母提取物、水解酪蛋白、高糖、高盐、超声等诱导子对甘草悬浮培养细胞中甘草酸积累的影响。方法向细胞悬浮液中加入各种诱导子或对细胞悬浮液进行超声处理。结果加入10 mg·L-1水杨酸可使甘草酸的含量为对照组的1.86倍。低浓度的酵母提取物对甘草酸的积累有显著的促进作用,加入1 mg·L-1酵母提取物时,甘草酸的含量为对照组的3.71倍,达到14.20μg·g-1。添加100 mg·L-1水解酪蛋白时,甘草酸的含量为对照组的1.69倍。高盐胁迫对甘草酸的积累有较高的影响,其含量为对照组的1.96倍。结论甘草细胞悬浮培养中,添加水杨酸、酵母提取物、水解酪蛋白、高糖、高盐、超声等诱导子是提高细胞中甘草酸含量的有效方法之一。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of different elicitors (salicylic aeid, yeast extract, casein hydrolysate, high sucrose, high salt, ultrasonic, stimulation ) on glycyrrhizin production in Glycyrrhiza uralensis cells. METHODS The glycyrrhizin content in Glycyrhiza uralensis cells was analyzed by HPLC after the treatment of elicitation. RESULTS 10 mg · L^-1 Salicylic acid resulted in an increase of glycyrrhizin content by about 1.86 times. The highest glycyrrhizin content of 14. 20 μg · g ^-1 was obtained by the addition of 1 mg · L^-1 veasl extract, and it was 3.71 times as that of eonlrol. The use of 100 mg· L^-1 casein hvdrnh'sate on the 5th day of the cuhure resuhed in an increase of glycyrrhizin content by 1.69 times. With the high salt treatment, the glycyrrhizin content was increased by 1.96 times. CONCLUSION The addition of the salicylic acid, yeast extract, casein hydrolysate, high sucrose, high salt to the medium and the ultrasonic stimulation was effective to enhance the glycymhizin content in Glycyrrhiza uralensis cells.
