摘　　要：对上海地铁1号线102号车C1车体采用适应内藏门安装要求的侧墙结构设计作了详细说明,对侧墙有限元模型和载荷工况进行了分析。新造C1车车体双层铝合金结构大幅度提高了侧墙的刚度、焊接质量和外观等。This paper gives an introduction to the design of sidewall structure of C1 car body, which is adapt to the installation need of build in slide door. The finite element model and load condition of sidewall has been analyzed. Double aluminum alloy structure has been adopted in newly made C1 car body, so the stiffness, jointing quality and aspect have been improved greatly.
