摘 要:植物能够对温室温度调节作出响应并通过电信号的变化将其表现出来,因此,植物电信号可以作为评定一个平稳的温度调节过程中潜在的有用信息。研究运用修正的Hodgkin-Huxley方程,建立了基于细胞膜上离子通道的机理模型,用来描述温度诱导的植物叶肉细胞电信号变化。在仿真模型中将温度变化引起的Ca2+离子流等效为激励信号。利用可靠的多通道植物电信号监测系统实测到的温度诱导的植物电信号来检验模型,结果表明模型是可信的,还表明降温速率影响植物电信号的变化。初始降温速率大于0.004℃/s时可以引起不传递的阈下反应,且阈下反应的变化幅度随降温速率的增大而增加,变化幅度在1 mV^95 mV。Electrical signals in higher plants will be changed to respond to the temperature regulation in greenhouse during growth and development. These signals can be used as potential and useful information to estimate whether the course of regulation for environment of greenhouse is stable. Based on modified Hodgin - Huxley equation, a mechanism model of the plant cells membrane potential using the published ionic channels data in plasma membrane is proposed; and this model is used to describe the temperature - induced electrical signals in plants. In this model, Ca^2+ ion current induced by changes of temperature is treated as stimuli. The recorded temperature - induced electrical signals in plants using a reliable multi - channel monitoring system are applied to verify the model and hypothesis. Experiments and simulation results indicate that the model is reliable and the cooling rate can affect the amplitude of induced electrical signals in plants. When the initial cooling rate is greater than 0.004℃/s, a subthreshold response could be detected in plants. Moreover, with cooling rate rising, the amplitude of the sub - threshold response will increase, and its range is usually from lmV to 95mV.
