摘　　要：魏晋著名学者皇甫谧沉静寡欲,不应征辟,勤奋著述,以学术事业终其一生,成就卓著。其所交游对象多为师友、门生及与其思想较为接近者。结合史料考察其交游对象及相关活动,对进一步了解皇甫谧的学术渊源、思想倾向和处世态度等都有着重要的意义。Huangfu Mi was a famous scholar in Wei Jin Dynasty, who was introverted and restrained. He was not interested in politics and he devoted all his life to academic research. Most of his friends were his teachers, his students and the persons who had similar thoughts with him. It is necessary to study his friends and his activities in order to know Huangfu Mi＇ s academic origin, ideological tendency and life attitude.
