摘　　要：由于人工挖孔灌注桩在施工的过程中会出现各种各样意外的情况,如果不及时处理或处理不当,就会出现桩的质量事故。对于桩质量事故的处理有很多种方法,本例由于已完成第三层楼面的施工的特殊性,采用独立基础上加框架结构支承外围加大柱的方法,经过验算和专家审核切实可行。There are various expected factors in the construction of under-reamed bored pile that will incur engineering qualitative accident if the pile is not treated timely or properly. There are many ways of accident pile treatment and in this case as the third floor above is under construction, the method of adding columns around the original column supported by the frame structure set on an isolated footing is used. And this method has been proved feasible after check analysis and professional verification.
