摘　　要：节能、环保的突出优点使钢结构住宅的发展受到世界各国的高度重视,并成为衡量一个国家钢结构发展水平的重要标志之一。文章简要阐述了钢结构住宅的特点,介绍了我国钢结构住宅的当前发展状况,分析了钢结构住宅的经济性。Many countries have attached great importance to the development of steel-structured residence for it is both energy-efficient and environment-friendly and the development of steel-structared residence in a country has become an important index of its developing level of steel structure. The paper briefs the features of steel-structured residence, introduces its development in our country and makes economic analysis of it.
