高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察高压氧对急性一氧化碳中毒的疗效。方法:收集2006～2008年收治的86例急性一氧化碳中毒,对急性一氧化碳中毒患者除常规治疗外均给高压氧治疗。结果:高压氧治疗对急性一氧化碳中毒患者有效率达100%。结论:高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒有显著疗效,轻度病人症状消失,促进昏迷清醒,降低并发症的发生率和死亡率。Summary Aim： to abserve the efficiency of high- pressure oxygen therapy for carbon monoxide posining. Method： collect 86 patients carbon monoxide posining from 2006 to 2008 that received high - pressure oxygen therapy besides some other regular therapies. results：the efficiency of this therapy is up to i00%. Conclusion ： high - pressure oxygen therapy has high effect on carbon monoxide poishining patients, removes the symptoms of patients, improve the recovery of coma , decreas the incident of complication and death rate.
