摘　　要：为探讨Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光治疗支气管哮喘的作用机制，７０只１５０～２００克健康豚鼠以４‰盐酸组织胺加压雾化吸入法致敏；用５０％、１００％清蛋白作致敏源，肌注法致敏。作急性与亚急性三个试验，观察Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光穴位照射对支气管哮喘的作用。结果表明：从喘息症状来看，Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光穴位照射对组织胺与清蛋白致喘均有一定程度的预防和治疗作用，但不能完全止喘；从形态学来看，激光能明显减轻哮喘所致的肺气肿病变。It has been reported that He Ne laser acupuncture may exert therapeutic effect on asthma. In order to learn more about the mechanism of its action. The following animal experiments on 70 healthy guinea pigs of both sexes and weigth of 150-200 g were carried out In the first experiment asthma was induced by 4‰ histamine hydrochloride in pressure aerosol inhalation. In the second group histamine was given at the 21st day after He Ne laser acupuncture in 20 successive days. In the third experiment intramuscular injection of 50% and 100% albumin were given to the animals as sensibilisinogen and treated by He Ne laser acupuncture. The results showed that judging from the gasping symptom, the He Ne laser acupuncture treatment may exert obvious preventive and therapeutic effects to the histamine or albumin induced asthma, but can not obtain a complete elimination of gasping attack. The histopathological examination revealed that the laser treatment reduced the alveolar changes of pulmonary emphysema caused by asthma.
