摘　　要：为探寻一种更简单、安全的包皮环切手术方法，对３００例患者在局麻下，用ＣＯ２激光在直视下行包皮环切术。结果：术中、术后出血明显减少，伤口愈合良好，无其他合并症。该术式与其他包皮环切术相比较，效果良好，且简单易行，值得推广。To establish a simple and safe mode of circumcision, three hundred patients with redundant prepuce underwent CO 2 laser circumcision under local anesthetic on outpatient department. The bleeding is significantly reduced during and after operation. The wound healed very well and no complication was found. This operative mode is a valuable method to spread because of its easy, safety, and good effect compared with other circumcisions.
