摘  要:目的研究丽蝇蛹集金小蜂对寄主蛹的选择性。方法采用Y型管选择性实验。结果丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂对棕尾别麻蝇蛹的选择性显著高于丝光绿蝇蛹和家蝇蛹,而对丝光绿蝇蛹和家蝇蛹的选择性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);就棕尾别麻蝇不同虫态而言,丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂对棕尾别麻蝇蛹和预蛹的选择性均显著高于3龄幼虫,对蛹的选择性显著高于预蛹;就棕尾别麻蝇蛹不同状态而言,丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂对未寄生蛹的选择性显著高于寄生蛹,而对滞育蛹和非滞育蛹的选择性则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在本研究中,丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂对棕尾别麻蝇未寄生蛹选择性最好。Objective To study selectivity of different host for the female Nasonia vitripennis. Methods The Y_tube olfaetomete selective tests were applied. Results The selectivity of female N. vitripennis to the Boettcheriaca peregrine pupae was significantly higher than the pupae of Musca domestica and Lucilia serieat, hut the selective ratio to the last two hosts had no significant difference. As to the different stages of B. peregrine, the selective ratio of female N. vitripennis was: pupae〉pre-pupae〉3^rd-instar larvae. The selectivity of the female N. vitripennis to the non-parasitized B. peregrine pupae was stronger than that of the female N. vitripennis to the parasitized pupae. However, there was no significant difference between selectivity of the female N. vitripennis to the diapause and non-diapause pupae. Conclusion The selectivity of the female N. vitripennis to non parasitized B. peregrine pupae is the strongest in this study.
