摘　　要：高等院校特困生教育是德育工作的焦点,更是难点。高校思想政治教育工作必须结合特困生的实际,采取有效措施作好心理健康教育。The education of the impoverished students in colleges and universities is the focus as well as the difficult point of moral education. The pohtical and ideological education in the school of high education must be done according to the reality of the impoverished students and take effective measures to carry out psychological education.
