不同胰岛素抵抗状态的初诊2型糖尿病患者短期胰岛素强化疗效观察

摘　　要：对62例不同胰岛素抵抗状态的初诊2型糖尿病患者进行2周胰岛素强化治疗,结果显示胰岛素强化治疗降糖效果确切,能改善β细胞功能,但有明显胰岛素抵抗的患者治疗效果欠佳。62 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes, in different insulin resistant status, were studied by two weeks＇ intensive insulin treatment with insulin pump. The results displayed that intensive insulin treatment may control hyperglycemia effectively and may improve the function of beta-cell, but the efficacy on type 2 diabetics with overt insulin resistant status is limited.
