内外合治法治疗小儿肺炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价内外合治法治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:对122例小儿肺炎(肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证)患儿,采用基础治疗加中药小儿清肺饮、止咳散口服及敷胸散外敷,观察临床症状及体征的改善情况。结果:内外合治法治疗小儿肺炎的总有效率和中医证候总有效率分别为96.72%和98.36%。结论:内外合治法治疗小儿肺炎(肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证)疗效显著。Objective :To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined internal-external therapy of TCM on children pneumonia.Methods:122 cases were documented from outpatient treatment on pneumonia children who suffered from breeze heat-induced lung shutdown.These patients responded by a holistic body improvement on their clinical symptoms after treated with western medicine,oral administration of Xiaoerqingfeiyin Syrup and Antitussive power plus,external application of Fuxiong power on the thoracic region.Results: The overall cure rates were 95.90% and 96.72% respectively.Conclusion: We concluded that combined internal-external therapy demonstrated remarkable therapeutic effects on children pneumonia.
