摘 要:目的:研究不同剂量补髓生血颗粒对再障模型大鼠的外周血及骨髓的影响是否有差异。方法:W istar大鼠用60Co-γ射线8.0Gy照射造成再障模型,分别给予不同剂量补髓生血颗粒灌胃治疗,连续给药3周后,取血进行外周血细胞计数,取股骨做骨髓病理组织学检查并进行有核细胞计数。结果:治疗后各剂量组比较,外周血白细胞计数及骨髓有核细胞计数无明显差异,高剂量组大鼠外周血中的血红蛋白含量及血小板计数高于低剂量组,高剂量组大鼠骨髓造血组织增生程度优于中、低剂量组。结论:不同剂量补髓生血颗粒对再障模型大鼠血红蛋白、血小板及骨髓造血组织增生的影响是不完全相同的,而对白细胞及骨髓有核细胞计数的影响无明显差异,导致这种对药物反应的差异性的原因尚待进一步研究。Objective: To investigate the effects of Marrow-Supplementing and Blood-Engendering Granule at different dosage on the peripheral blood cells and bone marrow.Methods: Wistar Rats with aplastic anemia were treated with Marrow-Supplementing and Blood-Engendering Granule at different dosage for three weeks,the peripheral white blood cells(WBC),haemoglobin(HGB),platelets(PLT) and bone marrow mononuclear cells(BMNC) were counted,the femora were fixed and cut for marrow pathology examination.Results:The peripheral HGB,PLT and the bone marrow cell component of Wistar Rats at high dosage increased more than that of Wistar Rats at low dosage,while the periphera WBC,and the amount of BMNC of Wistar Rats at different dosage has not difference.Conclusion: The result indicate that the effect of different dosage of Marrow-Supplementing and Blood-Engendering Granule to the HGB,PLT and pathlpgic of femoral is different,but the effect to the WBC and BMNC is similiar.
