天智颗粒治疗阴虚阳亢型缺血性中风患者30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察天智颗粒治疗缺血性中风阴虚阳亢型患者的临床疗效。方法将60例缺血性中风阴虚阳亢型患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,口服天智颗粒;对照组30例,口服养血清脑颗粒。观察两组神经功能缺损疗效、中医证候疗效和生活能力状态以及血压变化。结果治疗组证候疗效和神经功能缺损疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组中医证候的各项积分、生活能力状态积分和神经功能缺损积分、血压均较治疗前下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论天智颗粒治疗缺血性中风阴虚阳亢型患者临床疗效肯定。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tianzhi Granule （Granule for Intelligence） on ischemic apoplexy patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome. Methods The 60 ischemic apoplexy patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome were randomized into two groups with 30 in each. The treatment group was given Tianzhi Granule and the con trol group Yangxue Qingnao Granule （Granule for Replenishing Blood and Clearing Brain） for observing their effect on the nerve function damages, TCM syndromes, living ability and changes of blood pressure. Results The effect of treatment group on TCM syndromes and nerve function damages were both superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, the scores of TCM syndromes, living ability and nerve function damages, and blood pressure were all lowered than those before treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The effect of Tianzhi Granule on ischemic apoplexy patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome is good.
