摘 要:文化旅游是旅游产业深化的必然结果与阶段。近年来,各区域内文化旅游产品层出不穷、效益可观,但普遍存在行业区分明显、资源无法互补等问题,主要原因是产业的系统化运作不足所致。在产业集群理论的基础上提出区域文化旅游产业系统的构成要素及系统成功运作的前提,根据国内外文化旅游产业的发展特点提出了系统的运作框架,并依据系统动力学原理从系统的主要假设、外部参数、内部变量3个方面提出区域文化旅游产业的系统边界,构建了系统的启动机制模型、主导驱动机制模型和未来驱动机制模型。Cultural tourism represents the ultimate result and phase of tourism industry development. Over recent years, a wide variety of cultural tourism products were launched in many regions that generate good economic returns. However, many problems exist, including obvious sector difference, un-complimentary resources, and so on. Lacking of a systematic operation in the sector was the major reason that caused these problems. This paper describes the pre-exquisites and key elements of regional cuhural tourism sector and a successful operation using industry cluster theory. Based on research of the characteristics of domestic and international cuhural tourism sector development, it presents a systematic operation framework. It addresses the system boundary, a bootstrap model, a primary driving model and a future driving model from three perspectives including main assumptions, external parameters and internal variables based on system dynamics theory.
