宁夏“新农合”组织发展质量和效率问题的初步探讨

摘　　要：在2006年对盐池、吴忠、中宁和西吉等地的调研和2007年对永宁、平罗和银川郊区等地的调研的基础上,总结近年来宁夏"新农合"组织建立和发展的基本情况,提出"新农合"组织建设要注重发展质量和合作效率问题初步评价,初步分析了"新农合"组织发展质量和合作效率的基本概念和内涵,并对宁夏新农合组织的质量和效率进行初步评价,提出提高新农合组织质量和效率的对策及建议。Based on investigation in Yanchi, Wuzhong, Zhongning and Xiji in 2006 and Yongning, Pingluo, and Yinchuan urban in 2007, the basic situations of the establishment and development of new rural cooperative medical system were summarized. The elementary evaluation of development quality and cooperative efficiency must be paid attention to. The basic concept and content were analyzed, the quality and efficiency of new rural cooperative medical system in Ningxia were evaluated preliminarily, and the countermeasures and proposals to improve the quality and efficiency were proposed.
