摘  要:作者建立了一种SD大鼠的过敏性哮喘炎症模型的定量分析方法,用卵白蛋白(OA)低剂量多点皮下注射法致敏SD大鼠,2周后气雾吸入1%OA15min,吸入后6h和24h可见支气管-肺泡灌洗液中的白细胞计数显著增加,其中嗜酸性粒细胞增加较明显;肺切片显示细支气管和小血管周围水肿、大量嗜酸性粒细胞渗出浸润;计算机图象分析表明,细支气管管壁面积及管壁单位面积内嗜酸性粒细胞数增加显著。结果表明,抗原可诱导SD大鼠气道过敏性炎症,可以作为研究过敏性支气管哮喘的动物模型。We established a model of antigen-induced airway allergic inflammation in ovalbumin (OA )-sensitized SD rats. Two weeks after sensitization with OA,the animals were exposed to 1% OAaerosol for 15 min. The total count of leukocytes and the percentage of eosinophils in the bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) significantly increased 6 h and 24 h after exposure. Pathological resultsof the lung sections indicated that there were edema and infiltration of eosinophils around thebronchiole and small vessels. The imaging analyses with computer showed that the area of bronchiole wall area and the number of eosinophils within per unit of wall area enhanced remarkably.We conclude that inhalation of antigen can induce allergic inflammation of airway in SD rats,andthat SD rats can be used in the investigation of allergic asthma.
