紫外分光光度法测定替硝唑棒剂中替硝唑的含量

摘　　要：为研究替硝唑棒剂中替硝唑的含量和有关物质，作者采用紫外分光光度法测定替硝唑的含量。结果替硝唑的测定线性范围在1．97～39.4μg／ml，回收率101．5％，RSD为0.62％。用TLC法对有关物质进行检查，最低检测限为1．8μg。方法简便，结果可靠。With its obvious advantage of local high medicinal concentration and low side effect, tinidazole stilus has been manufactured, and the method for determination of the content has been studied. Tinidazole in tinidazole stilus was determined by UV and the linear range was from 1. 97 to39. 4μg/ml, while the average recovery was 101. 5%, and the relative standard deviation was0. 62%. The related material was checked up by TLC; the detection limit was 1. 8μg. Thismethod proved simple, rapid, and accurate.
