玻璃纤维及其疏水改性对纸张疏水性能的影响

摘　　要：利用不同施胶剂对玻璃纤维进行浸渍改性,研究疏水改性后的玻璃纤维对配抄纸张性能的影响,并与植物纤维的疏水改性进行比较。结果表明,玻璃纤维及施胶剂改性玻璃纤维均有利于提高配抄纸张的疏水性能,且纸张反面疏水性要高于正面;烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)浸渍处理配抄纸张及AKD改性玻璃纤维的添加均有利于配抄纸张施胶度的提高。Glass fibers and cellulose fibers were modified by different paper sizing agents to study the intluence of the hydrophobically modified fibers on the hydrophobicity and tensile strength of papers with glass fibers. The resuits show that both glass fibers and sizing agent modified glass fibers improve the hydrophobicity of paper, and the contact angle of felt side is always lower than that of wire side. The sizing degree of paper containing glass fibers can be significantly enhanced either by soaking the paper with AKD or modifying the glass fibers with AKD before they are added.
