摘 要:探讨稻谷霉变与超弱发光特性的相关性以及样品温度、样品量、暗处理时间对霉变稻谷超弱发光的影响规律,并对霉变稻谷超弱发光随时间的变化进行了双曲线、指数曲线、双指数曲线和直线拟合。结果发现:霉变稻谷的超弱发光随样品温度的升高而增大、随检测时间的延长而减弱、随霉变程度与霉变含量的增加而增大;双指数曲线拟合和双曲线能够更好的给出霉变稻谷超弱发光随时间的变化趋势。The article tried to study the relevance between the moldy rice and its' Ultra-weak bioluminescence characteristics and the influence rule of factors on the moldy rice's Ultra-weak bioluminescence. The influences of Sample temperatur,Sample weight and detecting time on Ultra-weak bioluminescence of rice were discussed,and Nonlinearity fitting,Exponential fitting(first order), Exponential fitting(second order)and Linear fitting were used to match the change of moldy rice's Ultra-weak bioluminescence with time. The result discovered that,the moldy rice's Ultra-weak bioluminescence enhances with the increase of sample temperature, strengthens along with the increase of sample weight, weakens along with the lengthen of detect time, scales-up with the moldy degree and moldy proportion. The tendency of The Ultra-weak bioluminescence of moldy rice's change with time can be better explained by the double exponential curve and the hyperbolic curve.
