摘　　要：“班长负责制”对学员管理有序、教学工作顺利开展至关重要。本文介绍了“班长负责制”在暑期学校学员管理中的实际意义和应用效果，“班长负责制”是一种实用、有效的学员管理新模式。＂Monitor Responsibility System＂ is an important method to ensure orderly student management and smooth implementa- tion of teaching. This paper introduces the practical significance and results of ＂Monitor Responsibility SyStem＂ applied in the management of summer school for postgraduates. This system proves a practical and useful new pattern of student management.
