生脉胶囊质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的建立和完善生脉胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对组方中红参、麦冬和五味子进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定了五味子中五味子醇甲的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰；五味子醇甲含量在3．992～99．800μg·mL^-1范围内有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．19％（n=6）；RSD为1．75％（n=6）。结论该方法可用于生脉胶囊的质量控制，方法可靠、实用。Objective To establish the quality standard for shengmai capsules. Methods Radix ginseng rubra, radix ophiopogonis and fructus schisandrae chinensis in shengmai capsules were indentified by TLC. The contents of schisandriu were determined by HPLC. Results The spots in the TLC were fairly clear, and no interference was shown in the blank samples. A good linear relationship was found between the aliquot amounts of schisandrin within a range of 3. 992 - 99. 800 μg · mL^-1and the absorption integration values. The average rate of recovery was 99.19% （n =6）, and the RSD was 1.75% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method might be a simple, rapid and accurate analysis assaywhich could be used for quality control of shengmai capsules.
