济宁青山羊高繁殖力基因研究进展

摘　　要：济宁青山羊具有较高的繁殖力,国内外学者采用分子生物学技术对其进行了大量研究,旨在弄清多胎的机制。在总结前人研究成果的基础上,着重介绍了BMP15、FSHβ、GDF9、PRLR、INH、MTNR1A 6种基因与济宁青山羊多胎性能的关系,并提出了研究前景及以后的研究方向。Jining Grey Goats have high reproduction ability, so the researchers did a lot of jobs about the high reproduction ability of the Jining Grey Goats with molecular biology techniques in order to understand its mechanism. This paper summarized the results of previous studies and introduced 6 genes that are BMP15, FSHβ, GDF9, PRLR, INH, MTNR1A with the relation of Jining Grey Goat high prolificacy. At last research prospect and research goal were given.
