某院2004～2007年住院病人疾病构成分析

摘　　要：目的了解某院2004～2007年住院病人疾病构成。方法收集某院2004～2007年住院病人前10位疾病的统计资料,计算各年份及合计的构成比,并进行顺位排列。结果在疾病谱中占较大比例的疾病依次为:损伤与中毒,消化系统疾病,呼吸系统疾病,循环系统疾病,泌尿系统疾病。Objective To find out the disease composition of inpatients in our hospital from 2004 to 2007. Method We collected 10 main disease data of inpatients in our hospital from 2004 to 2007, counted and sorted the disease proportion of each year respectively. Result The diseases on the top of spectrum were trauma and poisoning, digestive system diseases, respiratory system diseases, circulatory system disease and urinary system diseases. Conclusion Trauma and poisoning on the top of disease spectrum attributed to the frequent traffic accident and accidental falls. The increasing of digestive system diseases incidence rate attributed to population aging and improper life style.
