摘 要:介绍了永磁式涡流缓速器的结构与工作原理。考虑了涡流透入深度,运用电磁场理论推导了永磁式涡流缓速器的涡流密度表达式;采用磁路方法,将涡流去磁效应折算到永磁铁上,根据涡流损耗原理推导了永磁式涡流缓速器制动力矩计算公式,该计算公式反映了永磁式涡流缓速器各设计参数的相互关系,且理论计算值与台架试验值基本吻合,说明该方法是可行的,可用于指导永磁式涡流缓速器产品的设计和开发。The structure and working principle of permanent magnet typed eddy current retarder were introduced. Considering the penetration depth of eddy current and utilizing the theory of electro-magnetic field, the expression of eddy current density of permanent magnet typed eddy current retarder was derived. Let the demagnetization effect of eddy current be converted into the permanent magnet, the braking moment calculation formula of permanent magnet typed eddy current retarder was derived according to the consumption principle of eddy current. This calculation formula reflected mutual relationships among each designing parameters of the permanent magnet typed eddy current retarder and the caleulational value of theory was tally basically with the value of platform frame test. It explained that this method was feasible and can be used for the guidance on the design and development of products of permanent magnet typed eddy current retarder.
