摘 要:共振是机械机构设计研究时不可忽视的问题,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对设计结构进行模态分析,可得到结构的振动特性。文中对巷道卧底机铣刨转子上的刀具进行模态分析,得到刀具的前10阶固有频率和振型,由振型图可以看出刀具的第6阶和第10阶振型弯曲比较明显,这些数据为铣刨转子自动控制转速提供了依据。Resonance is a non-neglectable problem for the study of machinery mechanism design. By the use of finite element analytical software ANSYS to carrying out modality analysis on the designing structures, the vibration characteristics of structure can be obtained. Modality analysis was carried out in this paper on the cutter of milling planing rotor of the laneway dinting machine, and the preceding 10 ordered inherent frequencies and vibration type of the cutter were obtained. It could be seen from the vibration type chart that there were comparatively evident bendings in the sixth and tenth ordered vibration types of cutter, these data provided foundations for the automatic control of rotary speed of the milling planing rotor.
