摘　　要：冷剪机是轧制生产工艺中重要的辅助机械设备之一,由于其刀刃在剪切棒材的过程中磨损严重,所以需要经常更换刀刃。文中简要介绍了400 t冷剪机换刀装置的组成、工作原理及其主要构件的设计方法。该设计不仅使换刀装置的结构明显简化,而且提高了刀架和滑架的强度。Cold shearing machine is one of the important auxiliary mechanical devices in the rolling production technology. On account of the severe wear and tear of its knife edge in the course of shearing stick materials, therefore a frequent knife edge replacement is needed. The constitution, working principle and its designing method of main structural members of the cutter replacer of 400 ton cold shearing machine were introduced briefly in this paper. This design not only made an obvious simplification on the structure of cutter replacer but also enhanced the strengths of cutting tool holder and sliding frame as well.
