摘　　要：简述OhioLINK的由来,分析OhioLINK信息资源共享在规模、效益、效率上的成就,指出其成功之道在于建立了董事会负责制的管理机制、在不同阶段分别制定科学的发展目标、充分发挥成员图书馆在融资中的核心作用。This paper briefly introduces the origin of OhioLINK, analyzes the achievements of OhioLINK on scale, benefit and effie.iency of information resource sharing, and indicates the methods to its success lie in establishing governance systems taken charge by board of regents, respectively constituting scientific development goals in various phases, and fully taking advantage of core roles of member libraries in financing.
