MARC21馆藏数据格式在期刊馆藏揭示中的应用与思考——以北京大学UNICORN系统为例

摘　　要：以UNICORN系统中期刊馆藏的揭示工作为主题，通过对MARC21馆藏数据格式的研究，重点探讨了北京大学图书馆遵循MARC21馆藏数据格式对期刊馆藏复杂多变的情况进行处理的办法：为已有现刊收登记录的期刊添加866字段过刊馆藏、为没有现刊收登记录的期刊添加852和866字段过刊馆藏、充分使用852字段的子字段为分藏在不同地点的期刊添加过刊馆藏等。其中也介绍了国内其他图书馆的一些做法。Based on the study of the MARC21 format for holdings data and the application of Unicorn system in Peking University Library, this article focuses on the practice of retrospective establishment of the serials＇ MARC holdings. It discusses the methods of using the fields and subfields of 852, 866 to solve problems such as one periodical holding at different locations, as well as developing MARC Holding record created by Unicorn serial control. It also introduces some relative practice of other libraries.
