摘　　要：总结了钢管3PE外防腐工艺设计和设备选型的经验,从预热炉选型、抛丸机工艺设置、酸洗和铬酸盐处理的选择、在线漏点检测位置和设备选型、喷淋房设置等方面对外防腐工艺进行了探讨。提出了钢管外防腐生产线工艺中工序设置或设备选型的见解。This article summarized experience of steel pipe 3PE external technics design and equipment selecting type.It discussed external processing from selecting type of equipment,technics setting of polishing machine,using acid pickling and chromate or not,holiday detection on line process position and equipment selecting type,process setting type of spray room,and put forward opinion to procedure setting and equipment selecting of steel pipe external production line.
