摘  要:管道外防腐补口关系到整条管线的防腐质量,是导致管道失效的薄弱环节。在众多防腐补口材料当中,如何选择能满足防腐性能、施工条件等多项要求的补口材料尤显重要。分析了管道防腐补口存在的诸多问题,对9种常见的防腐补口材料的性能进行了评价和对比,在此基础上,采用比对的研究思路,构建了防腐补口材料比选的指标体系,并依据各种材料对指标体系的符合程度进行评价,最后推荐了3PE、2层FBE以及聚脲作为当前最佳防腐补口材料。The external joint anti-corrosion of pipeline is related to the quality of whole pipeline,which is the weak links resulting in the pipeline failure.Among the numerous anti-corrosion materials,how to choose joint coating material to meet the many requirements such as the anti-corrosion properties,construction conditions is of the utmost importance.Many questiones existed in the pipeline anticorrosion joint-coating were firstly analyzed,and then the properties of the common about 10 types of anti-corrosion joint-coating materials were evaluated and compared;On this basis,the compared research concept was used to construct of comparison and selection index system of anticorrosion joint coating material,and to evaluate material on the basis of the extent of various materials conforming to the index system,and finally to recommend 3 layers of PE,2 layers of FBE and poly-urea as the current best anti-corrosion joint-coating materials.
