摘　　要：介绍了热管式固相粉末换热系统在高炉喷煤工艺中的应用。用高炉煤气燃烧产生的高温烟气和热风炉的排放烟气,通过换热系统加热高炉喷煤用空气和煤粉混合物。实际应用证明可提高高炉的喷煤量,降低炼铁焦炭用量,从而降低了炼铁成本,提高了炼铁的经济效益。The application of heat pipe solid powder heat exchanging system in blast furnace coal powder injection was introduced. Use the high temperature flue gas produced by burning blast furnace coal gas and the waste flue gas which is come from the hot blast stove to heat the mixture of compressed air and coal powder. The application shows that the coal powder injection could be promoted, the coke consumption could be decreased so as to reduce the iron - making cost, and the great economical efficiency could be promoted.
