重症颅脑损伤并发低钠血症的诊疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨颅脑损伤并发低钠血症的病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗经验。方法对我科31例合并低钠血症的重症颅脑损伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果除8例死亡，余23例患者低钠血症均纠正。结论中心静脉压的监测对其诊治具有指导意义。Objective To explore the etiology, pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment experience of severe head-injured patients with hyponatremia. Methods We analyzed the department of 31 severe head-injured patients with hyponatremia.Results Except 8 patients died,the rest 23 patients all recoveried.Conclusion Monitoring the central venous pressure has guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of SIADH and CSW.
