脑结节性硬化的CT诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨CT对脑结节性硬化的诊断价值。方法对经CT检查的15例结节性硬化的成像特征和临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果15例中室管膜下钙化结节13例，室管膜下未钙化结节2例；皮质和皮质下结节6例；室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤2例。结论结节性硬化的CT表现具有一定的特征性，CT是诊断结节性硬化的有效方法。Objective To discuss the CT diagnoses value of the tuberous sclerosis that because. Methods CT findings of brain in 15 patients with tuberous sclerosis proved by clinic imaging characteristics retrospectly studied. Results Among 15cases, there were 13cases sub epidermal calcification noduli, no sub lepidermal calcification was 2 cases; The lesions within cortical or sub cortical matter were demonstrated in 6 cases. Subependymal giant cell astrocytomas 2 cases. Conclusion Special manifestation on CT were helpful to diagnosis tuberous sclerosis, our research suggest that it is very necessary to take CT examination to relevant case.
