磁共振胰胆管水成像的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探求胰胆管水成像（MRCP）的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析100例采用GE8igna0.2T永磁低场磁共振进行MRCP检查者的影像，观嚓MRCP表现并与临床病理比较。结果胆总管显示率为100％，定位诊断准确率为100％，定性诊断准确率82％，其中良性疾病的定性诊断准确率为85％，恶性为77％。结论结合相关文献认为MRCP是较为理想的成像技术，图像清晰，定位、定性诊断特异性高，应成为临床医生行之有效的重要辅助检查。Objective To investigate MRCP and its clinical application.Methods 100 cases of MRCP imaging using a 0.2 Tesla were reviewed and analysed, and compared with the clinical pathology.Results The successful rate and localized accuracy of MRCP in the visualization of the common bile duct was 100%.The mean accuracy of MRCP for diagnosing was 82%,85% for the benign disease and 77% for the malign disease. Conclusion MRCP is a perfect imaging technology,which can accurately define and identify the bile duct disease,and it should be taken into account by the doctors as an important adjuvant diagnostic technology.
