摘 要:采用正交实验法对铁炭曝气微电解预处理纤维素发酵废水进行了研究,最佳工艺条件为pH4—5,铁屑用量150g·l-1,铁炭比1∶2,反应时间1h,曝气量30ml·min-1.在此条件下,CODCr去除率达25%左右,色度去除率达87.5%,有效地去除了影响乙醇发酵的四种抑制剂(乙酸、糠醛、乙酰丙酸、5-羟甲基糠醛),提高了废水的可生化性.同时考察了活性炭粒径大小、Cu的加入对微电解反应的影响.结果表明,粒径20—100目的活性炭有利于铁炭反应,铜的加入形成了铜-铁-炭双电解反应,提高了微电解效率.The pretreatment of cellulose zymolytic wastewater with iron-carbon aeration microelectrolysis method was researched by orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: pH 4-5, the mass concentration of iron150 g · l^-1, the ratio of iron to carbon was 1: 2, reaction time 1 hour, aeration rate 30ml · min^-1 Under these conditions, the CODcrdecreased about 25%, and the removal ratio of chroma was 87. 5%, the inhibitors to ferment ethanol were removed well and the biodegradability was improved greatly. Simultaneity, the influences of particle sizes and Cu to microelectrolysis were studied. It was show that when cuprum was added, it formed a copper-iron-carbon double electrolytic reaction, so that the effect of microelectrolysis was increased.
