摘 要:讨论了吸收液膨胀的发生和抑制方法,并应用于分子筛废水的处理.结果表明,通过提高吸收液温度、料液中溶质或盐的浓度以及降低吸收液(硫酸)的浓度,均可有效抑制吸收液膨胀.以实际分子筛工艺废水为处理对象,采用1mol·l-1的硫酸作为吸收液,较大程度地抑制了吸收液膨胀.在料液温度为49.7℃,pH=12的条件下,废水中的氨氮可以在半小时内由8000mg·l-1降低到15mg·l-1以下.Membrane absorption (MA) is a good method for treating high ammonia wastewater, but the absorption solution swelling is a serious problem. The mechanism and prevention methods of absorption solution swelling,together with its application in treating molecule sieves wastewater, are discussed. The results indicate that absorption solution swelling can be effectively prevented by increasing temperature of absorption, increasingsalt concentration of feed solution, or lowering sulfate acid concentration in absorption solution. At 49. 7℃ and pH = 12, ammonia in the wastewater from molecule sieves production can be removed from 8000 mg ·l^-1to less than 15 mg ·l ^-1 in half an hour by MA process. The absorption solution swelling is not serious for using the lower concentration sulfate acid as absorption solution and the high concentration inorganic salts andammonia in such wastewater.
