摘 要:对滇池福保湾沉积物间隙水及近界面上覆水中溶解性重金属含量进行分析,并根据Fick定律计算出沉积物-水界面微量重金属扩散通量.结果表明,福保湾水体中重金属含量的平均值(以μg·l-1计)分别为:Fe25.53,Cu30.58,Zn221.67,Ni15.93,Co1.91,Cd1.12,Cr19.26,Pb31.08,As9.41,符合国家II类地表水质标准.沉积物-上覆水界面附近水体微量重金属浓度一般都明显高于孔隙水的相应浓度(As除外),根据Fick扩散定律计算出沉积物对上覆水中重金属的年吸附量(以kg计)分别为:Fe3.48,Cu8.70,Zn70.66,Ni4.52,Co0.16,Cd0.31,Cr1.55,Pb12.03,As0.38.Peeper (dialysis membrane) technique was used to sample the interstitial water of bottom sludge and the overlying water near the interface in Fubao bay, Dianchi lake. In these samples, the contents of soluble trace heavy metals were analyzed by mass spectrometry ( MS), and the diffusion fluxes of them were estimated at sediment-water interface based on Fick's first law. The results showed that the concentrations of trace heavy metals in the overlying water of Fubao bay were not high, the contents of Fe, Cu, Zn, Ni, Co, Cd, Cr, Pb and As were 25.53, 30. 58, 221.67, 15.93, 1.91, 1.12, 19.26, 31.08 and 9. 41 μg ·l^-1, respectively, and the contents of them in water could be consonant with the second standard of the Chinese Environmental Quality Standard for surface water. From the overlying water to the interstitial water at the sediment-water interface, the contents of trace heavy metals decreased gradually except for that of As. Based on calculations using the Fick's first law, for the whole bay, the adsorption amount of Fe, Cu, Zn, Ni, Co, Cd, Cr, Pb and As were estimated to be 3.48, 8.70, 70. 66, 4.52, 0. 16, 0.31, 1.55, 12. 03, 0. 38 kg · a^-1.
